Flying Eye operates a dedicated repair and maintenance center for professional drone operators and Flying Eye customers. We service all drones featured in our catalog, including DJI (GOLD dealer), Parrot, and more.
With over 15 years of experience, our team delivers efficient and reliable support. We handle crash repairs, perform technical adjustments, and carry out in-depth diagnostics.
Our drone repair center works within optimal timeframes. We typically complete repairs following a crash or technical failure within an average of 4 to 6 weeks.

Please send only your drone, without any other accessories.
No. We will provide a quote after inspecting your damaged equipment.
Note 1: A drone that has sustained water damage cannot be repaired.
Note 2: The warranty does not apply if the equipment was not purchased from Flying Eye.
Customer Service
Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Flying Eye also provides scientific investigation services following accidents caused by drones. We regularly work with insurers and courts.
Our engineers can analyze drone flight logs to determine the exact conditions and causes of a crash. This makes it possible to establish liability for the incident.
Data confidentiality is strictly maintained to protect the interests of all parties.
